The federal science-based guidelines for how much and what kinds of movement support health across every age group — the baseline every fitness recommendation should reference. Key numbers: 150 minutes of moderate activity per week for adults, plus 2 days of strength training.

The largest mental health nonprofit in the U.S. — offers education, support groups, and crisis resources. Their helpline connects people to local services, and their free Family Support Groups are available in communities nationwide.
